PAYMENT
I currently only take PayPal. Payment is due immediately upon checkout. If for some reason you cannot make payment right away, please send me a message to let me know the situation.
SHIPPING
All items are automatically sent via Parcel Post using the United States Postal Service. Usually this service takes between 4-6 business days to reach most locations. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped to the address in your paypal account.
I do not include insurance in my shipping rates, however if you want the insurance please let me know & I will do an updated invoice for the additional insurance charge. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. But if something should happen that you do not receive your package or it is damaged, please contact me & we will work it out together! I package all of my items with the best of care, to make sure they arrive safely.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
I do not offer any refunds but if for some reason, you are truly unhappy with your purchase, message me and we can work something out.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES & FAQs
